How long does each sketch take?

About 7-10 minutes per person depending on the complexity of their outfit.

Do you travel?

Yes! Depending on the location of your event and duration of the stay, travel fees will apply (including but not limited to ground transportation/ flight costs, lodging, and travel time).

Can you customize the paper used?

Yes! I can have the paper I use pre-printed with your logo or custom design for an additional fee. I can also assist in creating a design for you.

How does the process work?

I arrive at the venue 30 minutes prior to setup.

When a guest wants an illustration, I have them add their name/email to my sign-up sheet
-
After they sign up, I take their photo on my iPad to sketch them from - that way they are free to walk around/dance/mingle while their sketch is being done.

I complete each sketch in the order it is on the sign-up sheet.

Guests can pick up their sketch as it's completed or before they leave.

What kind of set up do you need?

A table to sketch on and chair.

If your event is outdoors, it is preferable that I be set up in a shaded area.

Do you require deposit?
-
Yes, I require a deposit payment up front to secure the date, and the remaining balance is due on the day of the event. Deposit payments are non-refundable.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, events must be cancelled at least 30 days before the event to receive a refund (excluding deposit payments which are non-refundable).
