I’ll arrive about 30 minutes before my scheduled start time to find my spot and get everything ready to go. All I need from you is a sturdy table and chair. A surface around 4'x3' works perfectly. I typically bring a small sign, but if you’d like to provide your own, that’s great too! For evening events, I also bring my own battery-powered lighting so every sketch is perfectly lit.
Customization
I accept bookings anywhere from 2 weeks to 18 months in advance. My calendar fills up quickly (especially during peak seasons!), so reaching out early is the best way to lock in your date.

Booking

I’ve got everything covered! Your guests’ sketches are drawn on artist quality 140lb watercolor paper, using professional artist markers and archival ink pens—so there’s no drying time. Each finished piece is tucked into a protective plastic sleeve, ready to take home and show off.

Travel
I’m based in Dallas, Texas, but I love a good trip! Travel outside the area may include additional fees for transportation, lodging, or airfare, depending on the location.

My live sketches blend fashion illustration flair with real-life proportions—think chic, flattering, and full of personality. My standard sketches are full-color on 5.5"x7.5" paper, but if we want to pick up the pace, I can also create sleek black-and-white illustrations.

Want an extra personal touch? I can pre-print your logo, event date, or other custom details on the sketch paper for an additional fee—perfect for keepsakes or branded events.

How long does each sketch take?

About 7-10 minutes per person depending on the complexity of their outfit.

Do you travel?

Yes! Depending on the location of your event and duration of the stay, travel fees will apply (including but not limited to ground transportation/ flight costs, lodging, and travel time).

Can you customize the paper used?

Yes! I can have the paper I use pre-printed with your logo or custom design for an additional fee. I can also assist in creating a design for you.

How does the process work?

I arrive at the venue 30 minutes prior to setup.When a guest wants an illustration, I have them add their name/email to my sign-up sheet..After they sign up, I take their photo to sketch them from - that way they are free to walk around/dance/mingle while their sketch is being done. I complete each sketch in the order it is on the sign-up sheet and guests can pick up their sketch as it's completed or before they leave.

Do you require deposit?

Yes, I require a 30% deposit payment up front to secure the date, and the remaining balance is due on the day of the event. Deposit payments are non-refundable.

Yes, events must be cancelled at least 30 days before the event to receive a refund (excluding deposit payments which are non-refundable).
